Award-winning chef Lauren, began her career in Barcelona working on super yachts. Raised in South-Africa, Lauren found a love of food from a young age and went on to train in some of the culinary capitals of the world but a passion for helping others soon became her priority. This episode highlights the humble and kind woman behind the phenomenal chef feeding over 120 hungry mouths each day at The Soup Kitchen London.
